Machine is a multifunctional filling machine for both hot and cold
filling purpose, which has below characteristics:
1. Fast Cleaning Within 3 min—complete the disassembling &
cleaning, save the labor cost during production.
2. 1-100ML Filling Volume Changeable Within 5min.
change different spares to achieve different filling volume:
1-10ML, 2-20ML, 20-50ML, 50-100ML.
3. Since the valve is fast joint design, mascara and lipgloss could
be used on one machine by fast changing spare.
4. Special movement control design ensure the electrical cam
running.
5. Servo Filling system with nozzle lift up-down, achieve the
bottom filling function to avoid bubbles during filling.
6. Program setting for auto cap lift up/down before capping, can
set times(1-5 etc).
WORKING PROCESS
Manually place container---auto detect(no container no fill)---auto
filling---manually place capping or blusher---auto capping
----end peoduct push out.
