Q1:Can you provide free samples?
A: We can provide free sample for stock one, but need you pay the freight. And we will charge sample fee if for customized sample.

Q2: What's your MOQ?
A: No require of MOQ if for stock(over 1pcs is fine), finally depends the items. We can provide small quantity for most items.

Q3. How about the leading time?
A:It depends the item and quantity, 7-30 days after payment in usual.

Q4: How to start order?
A: Advise us your need or require on-line/email/skype/we-chat etc, then we will quote the price, after the customer confirm the order and pay deposit, we will start arrange production.

Q5: What's your payment term?
A: 30% deposit in advance, balance before shipment. We accept TT, Paypal Wester Union, Money gram etc.

Q6: How to check the goods before shipping?
A: We will send the pictures/samples to you for reference before shipment, aslo you can arrange inspection in our factory.

Q7: Can you provide Agent Service?
A: We can be your agent for searching goods, purchsing order, inspecting goods, arranging shipment etc.
