Double Taper Vacuum Drier is a new generation drying device developed by our factory on the basis of combining the technology of same products. It has two connecting ways, i.e. Pulley or chain. Therefore it is stable in operation. The special design guarantees two shafts realize good concentricity. Heat medium and vacuum system all adapt reliable machinery seal or rotating joint made from abroad. On the basis, we also developed SZG-A. It can carry out steeples speed change and constant temperature control.As a special factory in drying industry, we provide hundreds of set to customers for their use. As for working medium, it may be high temperature conduction heat oil or middle temperature steam. For drying the adhesive raw material, the factory has designed specially a stirring plate for you.
It is a new style dryer which integrated mixing and drying. It made up of vacuum dry equipment by condensator, vacuum pump match with dryer. (If it is no need to resolve the solvent, the condensator may not be used). The design of this machine is advanced and the inner structure is simple, so that it is easy to clean and the raw material can be discharged fully, the operation is also very simple. It can reduce labor strength and improve working environment. Meanwhile, when the cylinder is rotating, the raw material is also rotating, the wall of cylinder cannot be accumulated on the wall, so the coefficient of thermal transmission is high and the drying rate is also very high. Not only it can save energy but also the raw material can be dried fully and uniformly and the quality of products is good.
