In the early 1990s, NASA suggested that pulse technology could reduce lead acid crystals. This technology was then applied to the lead acid batteries in the cars to make them last longer and to save fuel and energy. However, the question of what kind of pulse can reduce the lead acid crystals is a very serious technical issue, which can never be solved by a pulse. To date, many products on the market do not have the technical means to test for the reduction of lead acid crystals, which means that it is not possible to obtain functional certification for these products.
