175L Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaner

The principle of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is to convert the sound energy of the power ultrasonic frequency source into mechanical vibration through the transducer, and radiate the ultrasonic wave into the cleaning solution in the tank through the cleaning tank wall. Due to the ultrasonic radiation, the microbubbles in the liquid in the tank can keep vibrating under the action of sound waves. It destroys the adsorption between the dirt and the surface of the cleaning part, causes the fatigue damage of the dirt layer and is removed, and the vibration of the gas bubble scrubbes the solid surface.

Ultrasound is the most efficient and cost effective method of removing Carbon ,oil, rust ,build-up dirt .

Dirt and oil could be removed in a short time by using the strong cavitation of ultrasound.

Time is adjustable among 1 second to 500 hours by simple handle of large timer.

Additional special case for small parts cleaning and drainage for changing of cleaning solution.

Automatic stopwatch to manage working time and maintenance time.
