CHECK BALL TECHNOLOGY
Mud Sucker Pro Series electric double diaphragm pumps use check
ball technology in the suction and discharge valve chambers to pump
slurries, abrasive fluids, solids and general wastewater. Access to
both the suction and discharge areas is available within seconds.
AIR OPERATED DOUBLE DIAPHRAGM PUMP PROTECTION
The Mud Sucker 3B-M-DD includes a standard emergency pressure
relief valve. Since a double diaphragm pump is also a positive
displacement pump, a pressure relief valve reduces the chances of
damage in an over pressurization event.
EXCLUSIVE DUAL CONTOURED VELOCITY CHANNEL
The only diaphragm pump in the industry with an exclusive pump body
designed to enhance the flow of slurries and debris laden liquids
to prevent clogs.
DUAL JBSL DIAPHRAGMS
These heavy duty diaphragms are tear resistant and are specially
formulated to pump waste oils, municipal age and petroleum based
products. Viton and other diaphragm material available for specific
applications.
HEAVY DUTY PUMP ROD
When pumping tough liquids, the Mud Sucker pump rod enhances
productivity with heavy duty engineering to outlast other makes.
MUD SUCKER OPERATOR SAFETY
Ships complete with safety guards. Pump operator does not come into
contact with moving components when guards are in place (removed in
illustration above for clarity).
