The heavy duty railway 360 degree motorized electric workshop
turntable is a special equipment installed in the foundation pit

Principle: The rail transfer cart runs on the electric turntable,
rotates the electric turntable manually or automatically, and docks with the vertical track, so
that the rail transfer cart can run along the vertical track and
realize a 90-degree turn. It is suitable for the occasions such as
circular track and cross track of equipment production line. The electric turntable runs smoothly, the track docking accuracy is accurate, and it can
also realize automatic electrical control. The electric turntable is arranged in a circular pit, and the surface of the electric turntable is flush with the ground.

1. Control System
There is a control box on the ground, and the control box is
equipped with left-handed, right-handed, click-and-stop buttons and
corresponding indicator lights.
2. Rust Removal And Painting Requirements
The surface rust removal of steel plate, profile and forging
reaches ST2 grade in GB8923. The film thickness is 90-120 um.
Rust-proof treatment is carried out on all exposed surfaces before
leaving the factory. The surface is coated with rust-proof primer,
dark gray topcoat, and the guide rail is not painted.
3. Control Box System
The control box is made of steel plate. It is beautiful and
practical. The surface is anticorrosive. The thickness of the box
body is not less than 2 mm. It has a good heat dissipation device.
There is a practical overhaul lamp in the control box. The door
lock is firm and reliable. It is easy to use and does not
interfere.
4. Equipment Configuration

5. Frame System
The frame frame structure consists of longitudinal beam, cross beam
and steel plate. The working table is paved with steel plate. The

6. Transmission System
The motor drives the reducer, transfers the power to the rotary
device, and drives the rotary table to rotate. The components are
reliably connected with the main body. The motor adopts brake
motor, the protection level is IP44, and the insulation level is E.
7. Equipment structure
The turntable is composed of frame, rotary table, driving device
and control box.
The rotating table body is equipped with guide rail, and the
rotating table is composed of rotating configuration and working
table produced by introducing advanced German patent technology,
which can rotate 90°.
It has the characteristics of flexible rotation, quick response,

The track docking realizes automatic deceleration control through
frequency conversion governor, and the electronic control safety
