How to use wood grain powder coating:

1. After the normal spraying base powder, then baking,but the
baking time should be 3-5 minutes longer than ordinary powder

the transfer paper peel off . The normal requirements for indoor
use powder 180℃-190℃ ,20-25 minutes, 12-17 minutes 200-205 degrees
for outdoor use powder. According to the customer’s oven conditions
adjustment. Particular attention that 180-190 degrees is the
surface temperature of the workpiece, not the temperature of the
air in the oven. It means when your workpiece surface temperature
reach 180--190 degrees, then baking 20-25 minutes.
2. After the cooling of the powder, roll coating a layer of uniform
diameter dilution to the appropriate proportion glue ,(Transfer
glue: water =1:7 or so, stirring with a slight greater than the
water resistance is appropriate),Thickness to wet transfer printing
paper is appropriate, then cut right size transfer paper alignment
paste is good and very thin PVC membrane paper rubbing pressure,
squeeze out excess glue,With an art knife gently along the bottom
of the pattern on the transfer printing paper, so that the paper is
completely affixed to the prison.baking with 150-160 degrees,5-8
minutes transfer (to avoid strong winds) and stay cool and spilled
transfer paper, available after the blisters erase residual scraps
of paper.
3. After cleaning, dry water, If there is residual glue watermark
,baking again with 120 degrees 5 minutes ,to remove traces of glue.
4. if necessary, then spray transparent light oil (cover light
oil).
