1. Description

The soft jaw can change the diameter and shape of the circular arc
of the jaw surface at any time according to actual needs, and
change the jaws hardened by the three jaw chuck to low carbon
steel, copper or aluminum alloy jaws.
The positioning accuracy of the soft jaw chuck can still be
maintained within 0.05mm. The soft jaw chuck clamps the machined
surface or soft metal, and it is not easy to pinch the surface. For
thin-walled workpieces, fan-shaped claws can be used to increase
the contact area with the workpiece and reduce the deformation of
the workpiece.
When turning workpieces with large batches, in order to improve the
positioning accuracy of the workpiece during processing and save
the auxiliary time during workpiece installation, a soft jaw chuck
can be used.
