The winding element is composed of resistance wires wound on glass fiber wires to provide support and stability. The etch foil heater is made of thin foil (. 001") as a resistance element. For small to medium quantity, medium to large size heaters, it is recommended to use wire winding type heating element, and because of the cost of the wire wound type is more competitive, it is better to produce wire winding type before using etched foil for mass production.
