UC9110A/UC9110A-2 / UC9110A-4 communication signal analyzer

UC9110A/UC9110A-2 / UC9110A-4 measurement results are not only raw
data, but also histogram with time and amplitude, mask test,
statistical test, etc. It provides a set of test Settings for

fall time, crossover percentage, upshot, downshot, extinction
ratio, jitter, and amplitude measurement.
