Yellow EVA Material Highway Safety Roller Barrier ISO Standard
Introduction
Anti-crash highway roller barrier is a new product. It is assembled
by PU / EVA rollers and galvanized steel post and beams.But it is
different from the w beam guardrail.It can absorb shock and lead
vehicle to the road direction by roller, to prevent large
accidents. And the roller is more light and easy to install than w
beam guardrail. It would be recovery after attach and easy to
repaire.
The roller barrier is composed of columns, rotating cylinder,
u-beam and connecting parts. All steel components are treated with
hot-dip galvanized anti-rust treatment.The vertical column is
separated by 1m or 0.7m, and two rotating cylinders are installed
on each vertical column. This rotating cylinder takes EVA as the
main material, and 17 auxiliary materials such as PE and related
chemical additives are added.Continuous working temperature is
between 60 ° and 70 °.
How safety roller barrier works?
1. The roller barrier converts great shock from vehicle collision
to rotational energy to absorb shock.
2. Upper and lower frames adjust tires of large and small vehicles
to prevent the steering system function loss.
3. The three-dimensional structure of D-shaped frame and buffering
bracket distribute and absorb the 2nd shock.
