backbone enterprise in the broadcast television transmission and
satellite transmission service industries. Additionally, it is a
leading enterprise in the electronic information manufacturing
industry in Hunan Province and is internationally renowned as a
brand enterprise. It is also recognized as a nationwide
contract-abiding and trustworthy unit and a Chinese quality and
integrity enterprise. The company was established in 1993 and
founded Chenzhou Gospell Digital Technology Co., Ltd. in 2001. On
February 13, 2017, it was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. In
2020, Weifang Bincheng Investment Development Co., Ltd. became the
controlling shareholder of the company, with the Weifang
State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission
becoming the actual controller of the company. The company is
headquartered in Gospell Industrial Park, Suxian District, Chenzhou
City, Hunan Province. It has eight wholly-owned subsidiaries:
Chengdu Tongcy Digital System Co., Ltd., Chenzhou Gospell Digital
Technology Co., Ltd., Chenzhou Gongtian Electronic Ceramic
Technology Co., Ltd., Chenzhou Gospell Precision Manufacturing Co.,
Ltd., Gospell Digital Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd., Gospell
Digital Technology Hong Kong Co., Ltd., Gospell Digital Technology
India Subsidiary, and Shenzhen Qianhai Xutian Communication Co.,
Ltd. It operates one production base, consisting of five major
workshops: SMT workshop, DIP workshop, assembly workshop, injection
molding factory, and hardware factory, with a total of 45
production lines.
As a national high-tech enterprise, Gospell boasts a
sophisticated technology R&D matrix and has mastered more than
20 core technologies in the audio and video field. Several
technological innovations have been recognized as "national key new
products" and "provincial-level scientific and technological
achievements," and have received the "Hunan Province Science and
Technology Progress Award." As of December 2023, the company has
undertaken eight provincial-level and higher scientific and
technological achievement transformation projects. It holds over 65

We commenced our overseas operations early, embarking
on digital television system construction in international markets
as early as 2004. To date, we have constructed over 200 ground and
cable digital television systems, exclusively supplying core
equipment, in more than 60 countries across Asia, Africa, Latin
America, and Europe.
