Main principles:
Air is filtered and heated into the air distributor at the top of
the dryer, and hot air enters the chamber in a uniform
spiral.Through the high-speed centrifugal spray at the top of the
tower, the material liquid will rotate and spray into the very thin
mist beads, through a very short time contact with the hot air, the
material is dry, the final product from the bottom of the drying
tower and the cyclone separator continuous discharge, the exhaust
gas will be discharged from the blower.
Feature:
The drying speed is fast, the material atomization into liquid, the
material surface is greatly increased, in the hot airflow is only a
few seconds can evaporate 95-98% of the water, especially suitable
for the drying of thermal sensitive materials.
The final product has the characteristics of good uniformity, good
mobility, good solubility, high purity and good quality.
The production process is simple, and the operation and control is
easy.For materials containing 40-60% water content (special
materials can contain more than 90% water), it can be dried into
powder or particles at one time.After drying, there is no need to
crush, sorting, reduce the operation process in production, improve
product purity.Changing the operating conditions within a certain
range can adjust the product particle size, weight loss and water
content, which is very convenient for control and management.
