The 1.5/1B-AH slurry pump is horizontal centrifugal slurry pump.

It is the heavy duty pump in mine and mineral processing for anti-abrasive and anti-corrosion conditions work.

This slurry pump could handle all kinds of slurry, sand,mud,sewage and sludge in dredge, lime in FGD processing at power plant&gold mine,copper mine,etc.

There are different type of pump seal, including gland packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal.

It could be driven by electric motor or diesel engine and we have engineer professional for your pump selection and related equipment select.

1.5/1B-AH Slurry Pump Product Characteristics:

High chromium alloy parts provide durability and safety.
Through bolt in liner designed provides excellent erosive resistance as well as offers ease of liner maintenance to reduce the downtime and lower operating costs.
Cylinder construct designed bearing assembly allows for adjustment in a separated space between impeller and front liner without detachment of pump, thus prolonging the bearing service life.
The shaft sealing method allows packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal for all slurry pumps.
According to the need, the pump outlet position can be 45 degrees apart, rotating 8 different angles to install.
Grease or oil lubricant system offers smooth running and long bearing life.
There are allow optional drive types including V belt drive, gear reducer drive, hydraulic drive, and frequency conversion motor drive.
Multistage combination and interchangeable seal arrangements can cooperate with different small slurry pump and to deliver material for long distances.
