Water-based varnish refers to a liquid that uses water as a carrier

increase the gloss, water resistance and wear resistance of paper
prints. Coating glazing technology has been adopted by more and

demand for glazing oil. Because the water-based varnish has the
characteristics of non-toxic, odorless, strong transparency, no
organic volatile compound (VOC) emission, low cost, and wide source
of raw materials, it can endow the printed matter with good gloss,
folding resistance, Abrasion resistance and chemical resistance,
especially its environmental protection properties, are

Noted:
1.Varnishing machine should keep away from sunlight, otherwise UV
varnish will dry on the coating roller under ultraviolet
2.UV lamp should be changed regularly, guarantee the varnish drying
completely, wash equipment in time, check scraper and steel
wheels.
3.It have certain stimulation. If skin touch UV varnish, use soap
to wash immediately, otherwise skin will swelling and blistering
4. Use alcohol or isopropanol to wash equipment.
Storage environment: store in dry and ventilation cool place, avoid
exposing high-heat and sunlight. Storage temperature is
5-30°C.
