The Conical Serials Cemented Tungsten Carbide Buttons are widely
used in cutting bits of mechanical excavation, particularly on
tunnelling equipment for all rock, surface and mineral excavation
applications.
Our Carbide Buttons are produced with 100% Virgin WC and Co
Powders, making the quality consistent in each batch of production.
And the HIP sintering furnaces keep the finished product in high
productivity and continuity.

resistance than that of grade of JK30.4, better toughness and
penetration rate in drilling and digging applications.

carbon alloy steel bound together with 99.9% bronze-base filler
material under brazing soldering process, making it very popular in
coal mining and soft mineral mining conditions.

To make high quality products, we pay much attention to the QA and
QC during each procedure of the production. From the raw material
purchase (tungsten carbide powder, cobalt powder, additives, etc)
to the finished product to be delivered. Each procedure has been
strictly traced and monitored. We cooperate to the suppliers with
stable capacity of supply, purchasing raw materials with batch bulk
quantities to keep the consistent quality from the sources.
We have specialized inspectors and modern apparatus equipped
laboratory, carrying out inspection and test in each process,
milling, spraying, pilot pressing, pressing, stacking, sintering,
packing, etc. All these make our products traceable, and control

We have individual Laboratory for quality test, sampling and
inspection. Each batch of product has to be tested and inspected
with different gauges to confirm that reaching the performance
requirement.

delivery in cooperation with our partner carrier and freight
forwarders. There are ordinary goods and finished products on
shelves for customers to quickly place an order and supplement the
