1. Maintenance downtime:
When the grouting pump is not used for a short or long term, the
pump head should be disassembled, cleaned and brushed with antirust
liquid or grease before reassembly for later use.
2. Disassembly and installation method:
Remove the four fastening bolts connected with the pump head and
the cylinder, and remove the material cylinder and the inlet and
outlet of the slurry.
Remove the connecting bolts between the inlet and outlet of the
slurry and the pump head respectively, and take out the steel ball,
sealing gasket and the "O" rubber ring for end face sealing.
Clean up the removed parts in time, and install them in reverse
according to the above method after rust-proof treatment. Please
pay attention not to damage the seals when disassembling.

Working Performance of Cement Grouting Machine Manual:
This series of manual grouting machines are professional grouting
equipment, which can realize both single-liquid grouting and
double-liquid grouting. Because of the full hydraulic pressure,
small size and light weight, it can be used in a wide range of
construction. Good adjustability: the pump's pressure displacement
can be arbitrarily adjusted within the design range. When the
pressure exceeds the allowable pressure, the relief valve will
automatically open and the cylinder and working cylinder will stop
