Prepare for startup Gunite Machine:
1. Check the connection of each line of the electronic control system is firm and there is no leakage phenomenon.
2. Observe the oil mark and check whether the lubricating oil in the reducer is sufficient.
3. Check whether the fastening of all parts of the machine is correct and reliable.

Operation Method of Gunite Machine:
After the preparation work is finished, the mixing material can be added to the machine. The machine operator should first open the main valve, the valve of the upper air duct opens 1/3 circles, and then adjust the air pressure of the lower air duct (to the cyclone) to about 0.05-0.1 MPa (depending on the delivery distance). Then the sprayer opens the nozzle valve and gives the wet rock surface. At this time, the operator can start the machine and start shotcreting. Now the working pressure is about 0.2-0.4 MPa. According to the water-cement ratio of mixtures and the length of conveying distance, after adjusting and determining the wind pressure to the cyclone, the upper air pipe valve is opened again until there is no more material leakage at the machine outlet.
