2. Description of Tft Color Monitor
ChengHao Display model CH280QV33A is a color active matrix thin
film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) that uses
amorphous silicon TFT as a switching device. This model is composed
of a TFT LCD panel, a driving IC, a back-light and FPC.
This TFT LCD has a 2.8 (portrait) inch diagonally measured active
display area with 240(RGB)*320 Dot resolution . JD9852 is used as a
control IC for CH280QV33A and is mounted on the glass of TFT Lcd
Module. This Lcd Module passes MIPI The interface inputs RGB signal
to display 262K/65K color, and uses 4 white LEDs to make the
backlight brightness up to 300 nits.
In addition, FPC can also be customized according to customer
requirements, such as modifying back-light and interface
definition, etc.
