Product Description:
①YANING Air Shower is self-contained chambers installed
strategically at entrances to cleanrooms and other controlled
environments.They minimize particulate matter entering or exiting the clean
space to avoid the risk for cross-contamination.
②Personnel and materials entering or exiting the controlled
environment are “scrubbed” with HEPA-filtered air by high-velocity
air jets running at 20-25 m/s. Contaminated air is then drawn through the
base grille within the unit, filtered and recirculated.
③Equip with sliding automatic doors which use photoelectric sensor switches to achieve interlocking ,
has automatic door opening and closing ( touch type ).

1. Electronic interlocking door, automatically blow and shower.
2. Duration for showering can be adjusted from 0 second to 99
seconds with time display and voice prompt.
3. Floor and nozzles are made of good quality stainless steel.
4. Filter efficiency can reach 99.99%@0.3μm with pre filter and
HEPA filter.

1. How do clean room air showers work?
As workers enter the air shower, the entry door closes and powerful
jets of HEPA-filtered air blow over the worker from a number of
adjustable, precisely-placed nozzles. These high velocity air
streams blast contaminants large and small from the worker’s
cleanroom garments. Once the cycle is complete, the exit door of
the self-cleaning air shower opens, and the worker moves on into
the cleanroom.
