It is generally in a punch to cut the required shape of wool. Usually for the shape of simple wool, the maximum cutting thickness of about 3 mm. The feeding die of titanium plate should be rigid enough, and the upper and lower die should be kept in an accurate relative position with the guide column. The minimum punching size of titanium plate and the minimum radius of the connecting edge of punching parts should meet the requirements when manufacturing various flat parts or wool materials of various shapes.

In addition, can also be used to shear machine blanking, processing according to the sample with a small die out of crescent shaped incision, and make it connected, so as to cut parts burr, and then repair the key edge, the edge quality and precision are not as good as die blanking, efficiency is not high. The advantage of punching and shearing is that the production preparation cycle is short, often used for small batch production
