The Handheld Protection Relay Test Set RELAYSTAR-Z70 is designed for both conventional substation and digital substation commissioning testing and maintenance. It can output 3-phase current(3x0…10A) and 3-phase voltage(3x0…120V) for testing conventional protection relays. Its system of optical digital part is developed based on IEC61850 protocol, which supports SV/GOOSE message receiving, sending and analysis.
The RELAYSTAR-Z70 is very convenient and portable network test set that with a 10.1-inch touch screen so that engineer can take it only to different places in the substation for IEDs, no need to take complicated test sets and laptop, and other testing accessories.
The RELAYSTAR-Z70 is has abundant testing modules for protection relay testing, MU testing, SV/GOOSE sending, receiving and analysis, SCD file import and analysis etc.
The RELAYSTAR-Z70 also can be used for testing other IEDs in digital substation as a multiple-functional tool, including sending and receiving GOOSE, SV, add traffic flow to the switch or other IEDs, check the MU time delay, measure the fiber power of fiber ports etc.
