The difference between a car blower and an air conditioner:
Turn on the blower (air conditioner's blower switch), if the temperature selection is the lowest temperature, then:

When A/C turns on the compressor, the cold air is exchanged through the condenser in the air-conditioning system, but it is also affected by the temperature selection. The mixing ratio of natural air, evaporator hot air and condenser cold air is controlled by the partition in the system. , to meet the temperature requirements;
