The elevator door lock, as the name suggests, is the locking device of the car door and the landing door (generally refers to the landing door). Normally, the door cannot be opened without the use of the unlocking device, protecting the person from being cut or falling. It is an important safety device for elevators.
The door lock is mainly composed of lock hook, lock block, force element, roller, unlocking door wheel, electric safety electric shock and triangular lock.
1) The lock hook and the lock block form a locking effect, the locked door will not be opened, the meshing depth should be more than 7mm, and the endurance should be more than 1000N.
2) The force-applying element is used to automatically reset the door lock after opening the door. It is a reset device (when it fails, the gravity cannot open the door lock).
3) The roller and the unlocking door wheel are used for unlocking. When the elevator arrives at the station, the door motor passes through a series of mechanical transmissions, and finally uses the door knife to drive the roller and the unlocking door wheel to open the door lock and pull the door to open.
4) Electrical safety electric shock is to verify whether the engagement of the lock hook and lock block reaches more than 7mm. Once the electrical safety electric shock is disconnected, the elevator cannot run.
5) The triangular lock is used to open the landing door under abnormal conditions, that is, the triangular lock on the landing door, and non-professionals are not allowed to use it.
