Brief introduction
Disc granulator is the main equipment to make powder materials into
balls, mainly used in cement industry, iron and steel industry and
compound fertilizer industry, with uniform ball, ball water easy to
control, high ball strength, with simple structure, convenient
control, low energy consumption, smooth operation and other
advantages.
Working principle
1. The disk pre-water granulator is in the raw material into the
disk granulator before adding an appropriate amount of water
(generally between 11-15% of the dry powder in the mixer), in the
form of spray to join the mixer, and then fully stirring
penetration, so that the raw material particles evenly attached to
the water, and adhere to each other into particles, the core is a
part of the diameter of 1-2mm. The ball core and wet raw material
powder enter the disk granulator and roll to form a pellet. Because
the ball wall and fine powder are wet, a large number of balls and
powder rolling in the disk granulator are easy to adhere to, and
the ball diameter grows rapidly. When the diameter of the ball
grows to a certain size, beyond the area of the ball, stay in the
area for a little roll can be obtained.
2. Disk granulator is mainly composed of disk body, cleaning
device, main bearing part, main transmission device, Angle
adjustment device, frame and other components.
The main advantage
(1) Circular arc structure design is adopted for the disk Angle.
Therefore, the pelleting rate can reach 93% or above.
(2) Our disc granulator disc design has three discharge holes,
convenient for intermittent production work. This greatly reduces
the intensity of labor and improves the work efficiency.

belt, smooth start, small impact force, long service life.
(4) The bottom of the plate adopts a number of radiation steel
plate reinforcement, wear-resistant, durable, never deformation.
(5) Thickening and strengthening of the pelletizer base, so that
our disk pelletizer stable operation. Therefore, our disk
granulator without anchor bolts fixed.
(6) The main gear is processed by high-frequency quenching
technology. Therefore, the service life of our disk granulator is
greatly extended.
