Introduction
Bulk bag unloader is to lift the bag to the feed port by forklift
or electric hoist, then press the bag.After worker opening the feed
port of the bag, open the flapping device, to make the material in
the bag fall into the lower hopper by gravity.
Bulk bag unloading station is mainly to solve the impact of flying
dust on the environment during the bag opening process, and reduce
labor intensity of the workers. This system not only effectively
protects the environment and reduces the working intensity, but
also improves the production efficiency, and solves the phenomenon
that materials in the bulk bags are caking and difficult to
discharge due to moisture absorption during the bag opening
process.
