Production Description

Truck Loading (Filling) Bellows are products used to fill materials from silos where powder fluids are stored to open box trucks.When the truck to be filled approaches the bottom of the silo, the bellows opens down and goes down to the bottom of the truck chassis. The valve that will start the flow from the hand control set of the loading bellows is opened and the filling process starts.

The loading bellows guides the spilled material during the filling process and the level sensor at the lowest part of the loading bellows allows the bellows to be collected slowly upwards until the truck is full. When the filled material approaches the upper limits of the truck bed, the operator can interrupt the material flow from the hand control set.

Loading bellows are manufactured as two intertwined bellows (double walled). Thus, the air + dust mixture that is created as the material is filled into the truck finds the opportunity to exit towards the filtering system. The lower skirt of the truck loading bellows, which opens towards the filled material, prevents the dust formed during filling from spreading out and allows it to move towards the filtration system. In facilities that do not have a central dust collection system, local filters can also be manufactured to absorb only the dust emanating from the loading bellows. Thanks to the jet pulse cleaning system in these filters, the dust extracted is separated from the filter cartridges and recycled. In this way, the waste of the material by dusting and pollution by spreading to the environment is prevented. The inner buckets of the loading bellows, which are in contact with the material, can be manufactured from carbon steel, hardox material or stainless steel material (food compatible) according to the physical and chemical properties of the material to be loaded.

In case the material to be loaded is at high temperatures (such as hot ash), special textile products resistant to high temperatures are used as the bellows fabric and loading can be done successfully.
