What is compost packing machine ?
Compost packing machine is a kind of mechanical equipment for
packaging compost. It is mainly used for automatic packaging of
bulk compost to improve packaging efficiency and accuracy. Compost
packaging machine is usually composed of conveying system, weighing
system, filling system,packaging system, sewing/sealing system. It
can automatically load the compost into the bag according to the
preset weight target, and seal it, and finally output the finished
bag. The use of compost packaging machine can greatly improve the
efficiency of fertilizer packaging, reduce manual operation, reduce
labor intensity, and ensure the consistency of packaging quality.
How it works?
Weighing system: The compost enters the weighing hopper from the
feeding port, and the weighing system will automatically weigh the
bulk fertilizer until the weight reaches the preset value
Bagging system: Once the weighing is completed, the bagging system
will load the correct weight of fertilizer into the packaging bag.
This is usually done through an opening device to guide the
fertilizer into the packaging bag.
Sealing system: After bagging is completed, the sealing system
(sewing machine or heating sealer) will seal the packaging bag to
ensure that the fertilizer does not leak.
Output system: After sealing is completed, the finished packaging
bags will be conveyed through a belt conveyor for further
processing or transportation.
The entire process is usually controlled by a control system,
greatly improving packaging efficiency and accuracy, and reducing
the need for manual operations
