1. Application Ranges of induction quenching machine:
Some metal parts will be subjected to loads such as torsion and
bending during use. In this case, the surface layer will bear
higher stress than the core. When a metal part is subjected to
friction, its surface layer will be slowly worn away, so its
surface layer must have properties such as high hardness, strong
wear resistance, and high fatigue resistance. Its case hardening is
to achieve these properties. Because surface quenching has the
advantages of small deformation, low loss, energy saving and high
efficiency, it is widely used in specific production and
processing.
2. working principle of induction quenching/hardening/tempering:
The working principle of induction heating is to put the metal
workpiece into the customized intermediate frequency induction
heating equipment inductor. When an alternating current passes
through the inductor, an alternating magnetic field with the same
frequency as the current is generated around the inductor. A
powerful vortex is formed. Eddy currents convert electrical energy
into heat, and surface quenching of metal parts is easily achieved.

3. Induction Quenching Hardening Machine Application:

Induction heating is to use electromagnetic induction to generate
eddy currents in the workpiece to heat the workpiece. Compared with
ordinary quenching, induction heating surface quenching has the
following advantages: First, metal parts can be heated locally,
without overall heating, with low loss and small deformation;
second, the heating speed is fast and the time is naturally short,
so the surface is oxidized The carbon content is very low and the
quality is high; three, the medium frequency induction heating

After induction heating surface hardening, the performance of metal
parts is greatly enhanced. Specifically, first, its surface
hardness value will be as high as 2 HRC (Note: Rockwell, the unit
of hardness value) than ordinary quenching; secondly, because after
induction surface quenching, the martensite grains of the hardened
layer are relatively small , Carbide has high dispersion and high
hardness, so its wear resistance is obviously much higher than that
after ordinary quenching. Next, its fatigue strength is
significantly improved. For metal workpieces of the same material,
within a certain range, the depth of the hardened layer increases,
and the fatigue strength increases. However, when the depth of the
hardened layer is too deep, the fatigue resistance will decrease
and the brittleness will increase. Therefore, the depth of the
hardened layer should be moderate.
