DIN-F4 Rising Stem Metal Seated Gate Valve

1. PRODUCT PROFILE

DIN-F4 rising stem metal seated gate valves are primarily designed for the flow isolation of a length of pipeline or piece of equipment. It uses a ductile iron gate that houses bronze rings to ensure a watertight seal. The non-rising stem design ensures the stem thread is adequately lubricated by the water passing through the valve. In essence, the whole internals are water dependent for lubrication, a factor that safeguards the longevity of the valve.

· A through bore housing for the stem in the wedge prevents stagnant water and build up of impurities. The round EPDM body-bonnet O-cord gasket is fixed in a recess to avoid blow -out

· Full bore design for maximum system efficiency

· Integrally cast lifting eyes for improved handling and installation. Jacking / easing screws included for improved maintenance purposes. Internal and external blue fusion bonded epoxy coating 300μm

· Corrosion-resistant construction

· Integral feet to facilitate safe storage

· Robust low maintenance design suitable for buried service
