EJ080NA-05B is an 8.0-inch a-Si TFT-LCD liquid crystal module
product launched by Innolux, it is equipped with WLED backlight, no
backlight driver, no touch. Features: white LED backlight, up/down,
left/right flip display, 6/8-bit grayscale optional, matte surface,
2 in 1 FPC, DE/SYNC mode selectable. This model is used in digital
photo frames, portable DVDs and other products. It was
mass-produced in Q3 2011, and the current production status is in
mass production. The service life of the light source is 20K hours,
excluding the backlight driver. The drive voltage is
3.3/10.4/16.0/-7.0V (Typ.)(VCC/AVDD/VGH/VGL). Its typical vertical
refresh rate Fv is 60Hz.
