Single Arm Column Block Cutting Machine

Features:

This hydraulic block cutter is optimized and improved from combination saw blades, it adopts four locked hydraulic pillars structure, with good overall rigidity and small gap which can effectively reduce the shaking during cutting, the finished products are with high flatness. At the same time, it has achieved remarkable results in improving the service life of the cutter head and reducing power consumption.
The structure of such machine featured of simple and functional is made up of a sturdy welded stabilized cast iron & steel to ensure maximum stability and utmost precision during sawing.

Production Process:

1.Customer need to prepare foundation first with drawing provided by us, also factory electricity and water need to be plan in advance.
2.Install machine and blades.
3.Machine cut.
4.Take down the slab from block one by one, we can make a mould to support the slab, machine can cut directly to the end and slab will not fall apart.

Machine Details:

1. Up and down lifting are made up of chrome-plated round steel with a better lifespan
2. A guide polymer materials(Teflon Brand Dupont) was used on the contact surface between the up and down column and seat. Such guiding material is rolling into circular storage pits, in less oil or oil under the conditions of space off to work with a low coefficient of friction, wear-resistance and long service life, etc.
3. Up and down oil cylinder adopt the imported oil seal, high stability with much longer lifespan
4. Oil tank system, hydraulic system, oil pump, magnetic valve are imported from Taiwan.
5. PLC system is adopted on the machine.
