Product Description:
1. Extruder: 1 set
(1) Screw diameter: 80mm, Rotation speed of screw: 0～72 rpm.
(2) L:D: 33:1, the screw is suitable for PE chips.
(3) Aautomatic screen changer:1 set
(4) Use the pressure feedback system to adjust the screw speed
(5) Material of barrel heater: far infrared
(6) Round spinneret
(7) Ceramic heating rings for spinneret with SS insulating layer
make the heat evenly.
2. Quenching tank: 1 set
(1) The tank is made by SS 304.
(2) Pushed and pulled in side way, the manual lifting.
3. First seven roller stretching unit
(1) Seven pieces variable diameter roller, five rubber rollers.
(2) Steel structure box with accurately grind gear makes the
rollers run smoothly.
(3) Built-out oil lubrication system which makes the gears runs
steady.
4. Hot water tank:1 set
(1) The tank is made by SS 304 with the insulating layer
(2) Double pressure rollers equip with twin cylinder opening
device.
5. Second roller stretching unit
(1) Seven pieces variable diameter roller, all rollers are coated
with hard chrome.
(3) Steel structure box with accurately grind gear makes the
rollers run smoothly.
(4) Built-in oil lubrication system which makes the gears runs
steady.
6. Waster yarn collectors: 80KG.cm
7. Spindle winder
(1) Tapered winder
(2) Winding bobbin as per custome's request.
(3) Tension controlled by inverter.
