Introduction of pvc ceiling panel extrusion line :

this machine is used to produce PVC ceiling panel, PVC wall panel with width from 160mm upto 600mm. the surface of PVC ceiling panel can be two color high glossy printing, heat transfer printing, lamation, which can make marble,wooden design on surface of product.

PVC profile extruder machine can produce all kinds of profile, for example, window, door and door frame, pallet, cladding of outdoor wall, faciliry of ourside park, floor etc. Output profile is Wood Plastic Composite(WPC) or Plastic PVC.

1.SJZ series cone twin-screw extruders are specially for various PVC powder materials. Mated with different moulds and auxiliary machinery, they can produce various PVC plastic pipes, profile materials, board materials, sheets, bars, and granulating materials.

2.The screw adopts oil cooling system while the barrel adopts air cooling system. The system is controlled by dedicated computers. According to customer requirements, most reasonable screws can be configured to achieve optimal plasticization and logistic quality.
