quickly forms a hydrophilic gel to protect and cover the wound bed.

Mechanism of action of alginate dressings:
1. Safe and non-toxic: The alginate medical film is a natural
polysaccharide carbohydrate extracted from seaweed. It is a natural
polymer material and has no toxicity to the human body and can be
used safely.
2. High hygroscopicity: The alginate medical film can absorb 11
times the liquid of its own weight.
3. Hemostatic: The medical alginate membrane contacts the wound
exudate to release Ca2+, which can promote the formation of
prothrombin activator and accelerate the blood coagulation process.
4. Gelation: Absorb wound exudate and exchange Na+/Ca2+ ion with
the exudate, forming a layer of stable net-like gel on the wound
surface. Create a micro-environment conducive to tissue growth for
the wound (slightly acid, anaerobic or hypoxic, moderately moist).
5. Promote wound healing: A slightly acidic, anaerobic or hypoxic,
moderately moist wound environment promotes the release of growth
factors, stimulates cell proliferation, improves the regenerative
capacity of epidermal cells and cell movement, and promotes wound
healing.

Usage:
- Before use, clean the wound with physiological salt, dry the
surface of the wound with a cotton ball
- Tailor the alginate dressing according to the size of the wound,
gently cover the wound surface, make the dressing fit the bottom of
the wound
- Then use sterile gauze Wrap and fix.
Wound Care Conditicon Type:

Contraindication:
