It made by wet pressing process which is a new type of modern technology widely use in premium packaging. The product not only with smooth and rigid surface but create cushions, protects, nesting and economizing storage and transport space. It's made from renewable virgin pulp such as bagasse, bamboo.

WINNER PULP was founded in 1994, beginning as a mold-maker focus on engineering, design, develop and build molds to packaging specialist worldwide in molded pulp industry. With this foundation, in 2015, we expanded to 12,000-square-meter manufacturing facility for molded pulp packaging production which daily output can come to 10 tons of thermoformed product. In 2021, we constructed another 15,400-square-meter facility for dry-pressing product which daily capacity can max. achieve 40 tons.
