Molded Fiber Packaging Details:
It manufactured use forming mold and transfer mold then oven dried
or natural wind and after pressed, we called it Dry-Press in the
indusry. Typical wall thickness ranges from 1.5mm to 3.0mm. It
create one side smooth surface but not as smooth as thermoformed
type, the other side is rough. The raw material is typically
OCC(Old Corrugated Container). It's 100% recyclable, biodegradable,
sustainable.

1) Are you a trader or a manufacturer?
We are a manufacturer, we have our own production plants located in
Southern China.
2) What type of product do you make?
We produce Molded Pulp Trays and Tooling/Mold.
There's three types of molded pulp trays we supply:
- Type 1: Thermoformed / Thin Walled
Manufactured use 'Thermoformed' process (also known as 'Wet Press')
allows for incredibly smooth rigid quality molded pulp tray, the
wall thickness range from 0.6mm to 1.3mm. Main used for tableware,
high-quality electronics package and cosmetic package.
Transfer molded means after formed then transfer under the sun or
oven to dry, which is widely used today, we called it Dry Pressing.
The product surface feature is one side smooth but no so smooth as
type 1, the other side is rough, the wall thickness range from
1.5mm to 3.0mm. Typically use for egg tray and industrial
packaging. The mold and product cost much less than thermoformed
type.
It manufactured with a secondary or specific treatment process,
such as additional coating, printing, hot stamping or additives.
3) Will there be a mold fee for doing this trays?
Yes, there be a mold fee for all customized design.
