SPC Flooring Summary
SPC stands for stone plastic composite. The main component of the
SPC floorings are with higher strength and hardness,
wear-resistant, stain-resistant, shape retention and near zero
formaldehyde. This product has vein lines, colour, luster and
texture of natural wooden grain ,as well as anti-moisture,
mildew-proof, heat-resistant, anti-ultraviolet, wear resistant,
pain-free molding, environmental protection and other diversified
performance uniquely possessed by high-volume material. This
service life can be up to 10 times of ordinary woods, and can be
100% recycled so as to minimize the waste of resources and realize
the effective cycle of green energy conservation.

FAQ
1. What’s the requirement of installation?
- The temperature should be kept between 10-32 °C.
- The height difference within the 2m level shall not exceed 3mm,
otherwise self-leveling cement construction is required to level
the ground.
- If the ground is damaged, the width should not exceed 20cm and
the depth should not exceed 5m, otherwise it needs to be filled.
- If there are protrusions on the ground, it must be smoothed with
sandpaper or leveled with a ground leveler.

Unilin.
3. Can you provide the floor accessories?
Yes, there are skirting, reducer, T-molding and so on
4. What is your payment terms?
30% T/T in advance and 70% T/T balance upon the copy of B/L.
5. What is the installation loss?
Under normal circumstances, for normal splicing method, the floor
paving loss is 3% to 5% of the actual floor area. For herringbone
pattern splicing method, the paving loss is about 10% to 13% of the
actual floor area.
For special room structures or special needs, the floor loss is
subject to actual loss.
