1. How can you guarantee the quality of your product?
Our products pass Swiss SGS test, China National Chemical Testing Center Test, etc., won Quality Management Award of Shaanxi Province, Quality Management Award of Xi’An. Our company owns two production bases. The factories have strict production control. Because the factories are state-ownde, we value highly of our reputation and quality. The raw material is good and each step is strictly controlled by the QC team to make sure all our products turn out great.

2. Are you a factory of SPC flooring?
Yes! There are two production bases, one in Shaanxi, one in Zhejiang.

3. Do you offer samples?
Yes, but buyers should bear the cost of freight or sea shipment.

4. How many days can you send samples to us?
Samples will be prepared within 10 days. It depends on the shipping methods.

5. What is your payment terms?
30% T/T in advance and 70% T/T balance upon the copy of B/L.

6. How long is the delivery time?
Lead time is about 30-35 working days after receipt of 30% T/T payment for container order.
