Product Introduction
Marine rubber fender is also known as pneumatic rubber fender. It
was fiest invented by the manufacturer of YOKOHAMA, so it now also
called Yokohama fenders. After years of improvement, Shunhang's
rubber pneumatic rubber fenders used special technilogy and
material, makes it to have better performance .
Marine Rubber Fender Types Are Defined As Follows:
1. Type I — Net-type;
2. Type I Single — Net-type and one end with no flange opening and
no metal parts.
3. Type II — Sling-type.

Feature of Shunhang Marine Rubber Fenders
1. Shunhang marine rubber fenders are designed, manufactured
according to ISO17357
2. Technology : Overall winding , Anti high pressure, Explosion
proof
Our marine rubber fenders can bear the pressure 1.5 times than the
ordinary technology overlap joint technology.
3. Raw material of our marine rubber fender
Rubber dipped Nylon cord fabric, 1260D9091(1*2)and natural rubber,
rubber ( Some factory use Nylon with less tensile force , and
reclaimed rubber ) .All the rubber we use is natural rubber , not
any reclaimed rubber .
According to our customers’ feedback, we have been improving the
performance of our rubber , the aging of rubber has been greatly
improved now. Our rubber has been tested at -40℃, the tensile
strength at normal temperature is 18.4MPa.After -40℃, 120 hours
testing , the tensile strength is 15.9MPa , there is no obvious
change in appearance.
Our pneumatic rubber fender are also used in Canada ,Russia etc.
After six months, customers’ feedback is our rubber pneumatic
fenders are still perform well, there’s no obvious change on the
surface.
4. The outer chain and tyre net .
Chain - we have hot-dip galvanized chain and stainless steel chain
according to customer’s request
Tyre- we have truck tyre, OTR tyre and aircraft tyre according to
customer’s request.
All the chain and tyre nets fitted with appropriate shackles ,
swivel and rubber sleeve etc.
