The UF Water treatment equipment has included the pre-filters,
reverse osmosis system, ultraviolet rays sterilizer and water
storage tanks.
Equipments in this unit:
1, Multimedium filter
This machine can remove heavy metal including mercury, lead,
cadmium, zinc, iron, manganese, chromium, hydrogenate from the raw
water. The filling material in this filter can be changed according
the different quality raw water.
2, Active carbon filter
The filling material in this filter is nut shell activated carbon.
It can absorb the small molecular weight organic compounds, the
chloridion and heavy metal in the raw water. By this filter, the
color and the mouth feel of the water will be improved.
3, Precision filter
PP precision filtering elements is filled in this equipment. This
equipment is the last pre-filter before the reverse osmosis system.
The function of this equipment: filter the impurity in the water
which diameter is larger than 1 micron. By this machine, the
service time of the reverse osmosis system can be extended more.
4, Ultra filtration (UF)
Ultra filtration (UF) is a variety of membrane filtration in which
forces like pressure or concentration gradients lead to a
separation through a semipermeable membrane.Suspend solids and
solutes of high molecular weight are retained in the so-called
retentate, while water and low molecular weight solutes pass
through the membrane in the permeat (filtrate). This separation
process is used in industry and research for purifying and
concentrating macromolecular (103 - 106 Da) solutions, especially
protein solutions. UF can be used for the removal of particulates
and macromolecules from raw water to produce potable water.
5, Ultraviolet rays sterilizer
This machine is connected after UF system. By the ultraviolet rays
lamp which is installed in this equipment, raw water can be
sterilized again. Some microorganism in the water can be sterilized
completely. After this step, the water can reach drinkable
standard.
6, Water tanks
They are made by 304 stainless steel. Thickness of the stainless
steel is 5-10 mm. They are installed with the polyurethane, so they
also have the function of thermal insulation.
