Several types of sprue bushings: "A" series, "B" series, "U" series, "UV" series, "LN" series, "AR" series, "UR" series, "L" series and high Performance sprue bushing. All bushings except high performance sprue bushings are made of steel with a base hardness of 43-45HRc, the "LN" series has an additional surface treatment to a surface hardness of approximately 60-62HRc.
High performance gate bushings are made of copper alloy with additional hardened 420 stainless steel inserts. "PSB"
Performance sprue bushings can be directly replaced with existing Mugang "B" series sprue bushings. "PSU" type
High performance sprue bushings are drop-in replacements for existing DME "U" series sprue bushings.
