HD-130 on-line holiday detector can work continuously adopting AC
power supply, high-voltage control switch and external alarm lamp.
HD-130 Porosity Detector are employed in the non-destructive
detection and location of pinholes, bare spots or thin points in
protective coatings applies for corrosion protection over metal and
concrete (conductive) surfaces.
With corrosion an extremely costly and disruptive worldwide
problem, preventative determination becomes essential.

Application

where corrosion prevention coatings have had to be applies,
specifications will normally call for a specific coating to a
specific thickness. By using our Detector to verify the competency
of the sealing coatings, the contractor can be assures that his
coatings responsibility has been met. In terms of cost
effectiveness, with the low capital and operating costs of the
Detector, the contractor will have some protection from claims at a
very low price.
It is a special instrument for detecting the quality of metal
anti-corrosion coatings. The instrument can be used to detect the
quality of glass lined, FRP, epoxy coal asphalt and rubber lining
coatings with different thicknesses. When the anti-corrosion
coating has quality problems, such as pinholes, bubbles, cracks and
cracks, the instrument will send out bright electric sparks and
sound alarm at the same time.
