Q: What is your average production lead time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock, or 20-30 days if the goods are not in stock, or if customization is needed.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: You can pay by T/T, Paypal, Trade Assurance (deposit by credit card or Citibank, balance by Citibank). 30% Deposit before production, 70% balance should be paid before shipment.

Q: How long is your product's warranty time?
A: Normally warranty time is 12 months. We could make up for the products if there are defective ones.
