    The working principle of nail making machine
    Each small nail is made of the same diameter as the nail rod is a disc round wire through the nail-making machine straightening, stamping, wire feeding, clamping, shearing, stamping and other circular motion produced. Every step in this process is very important.
    The stamping movement of nail making machine is driven by the rotating movement of the spindle (eccentric shaft) connecting rod and punching rod to form reciprocating movement, so as to implement the stamping movement. The clamping movement is made up of the pay shaft on both sides (also eccentric shaft) and the rotation of the CAM on the clamping rod repeated pressure, so that the clamping rod swings around, and the active nail mold is clamped and relaxed to complete a cycle of wire clamping movement. When the spindle rotates, it drives the small connecting rod on both sides to rotate so that the knife tire box on both sides reciprocates, and the cutter fixed in the knife tire box realizes shear motion. The wire of nail making can produce plastic deformation or separation by punching rod, clamping mould and cutting knife, so as to obtain the shape of nail cap, nail tip and nail size
