9B Double Sided Grinding and Polishing Machine

This model is mainly used for double-sided high-precision grinding/polishing of optical glass, mobile phone panels, ceramics, and semiconductor materials.

Equipment composition and performance

This equipment is designed for three motors to freely adjust the speed ratio and the ring gear lifting design to ensure smooth operation.

(1). PLC touch panel control, man-machine interface, parameter setting storage.

(2). Equipped with a precision electric proportional valve, which can precisely control the pressure error of the fixed plate to 1KG.

(3). The three-motor frequency conversion speed regulation, the speed ratio adjustment range is wider, and the product flatness and cutting rate can be better guaranteed.

(4). Three-motor frequency conversion drive, stable start and stop, no impact, prevent workpiece damage, and smoothly adjust to the ideal research and development.

Grinding/polishing speed.

(5). The lifting and lowering of the ring gear keeps the ring gear and the cruise ship smoothly meshed to ensure smooth operation.

(6). The pressure is displayed numerically and can be controlled in sections, making grinding/polishing more stable and more efficient.

(7). The liquid supply points of the liquid supply system are reasonably arranged, the filter system is made of stainless steel to prevent secondary pollution, and the cleaning is thorough and convenient.
