Application

Structure and Working Principle
Sewage enters the middle of one side of the vertical orifice fine
bar cleaning machine, and is discharged from the inside and outside
through the opening grids on both sides. The slag intercepted in
the interior is lifted to the upper slag discharge area with the
rotation of the opening grid. The grid slag is washed by the
washing system into the internal slag collecting tank, and then
sent to the next equipment through the conveying equipment, and the
screen is also washed clean and enters the next working cycle.
The inner flow screen grid is mainly composed of a main frame, a
rotating screen and a chain, a drive unit, a slag collecting tank,
a backwash system and a control system

Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by
20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and
Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other
Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will
use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or
other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a
professional shipping department, they will try their best to save
your container quantity.
