1. Meter counting:
The tension of the upper and lower wheels is pressed, and the line
length is calculated by using a precision encoder. The upper wheel
of the meter wheel is sprayed with ceramic hardening treatment, and
the lower wheel is coated with superior glue, and a one-way bearing
is installed to prevent the reverse pumping of the cable.
2. Wire feeding part:
Conduit feeding, three groups of pneumatic continuous action,
pneumatic clamping and wire feeding.
3. Door cutter:
Double cutter pneumatic automatic tangent, when the set line length
is winded, the automatic tangent is completed.
4. Pan head and winding reel:
The horizontal winding is automatically opened and closed under the
control of the air pressure propeller. When the set wire length
winding is completed, the pan head will automatically stop winding
and vertically retract and rise. There is no wire clamping head or
sticking wire, and the coil is easy to demould.
5. Cabling system:
The flat cable system is completely controlled by the computer,
driven by the servo motor, driven by the ball guide screw, and
receives the dynamic signal of the main motor through the precision
coder, so that the servo motor and the main horse can run at the
same time, the action of the flat cable is more coordinated and the
coil is more beautiful.
6. Wire holding transmission mechanism:
Servo torque holding arm, when the wire is wound, the wire holding
mechanism will automatically hold the wire and transfer it to the
packaging platform.
