High speed stranding machine is a kind of stranding mechanical
equipment which can be widely used in all kinds of soft / hard
conductor wires. It can twist multiple single conductors into one
strand to meet the process requirements of wire rod. According to
the stranding mode, the stranding machine can generally be divided
into single stranding machine, pair stranding machine, high-speed
stranding machine, untwisting machine, cage stranding machine,
frame stranding machine, tubular stranding machine and disc
stranding machine.
There are three kinds of vertical single winch, horizontal
cantilever single winch and hanging frame single winch. It is
mainly used in HDMI, DP, USB, CAT-7 and other high-frequency wires,
electronic wires, data wires, electronic core wire pair stranding
and multi strand stranding.
